General Ledger Accounting

XIS is a multi-branch, multi-user, project/cost accounting software that maintains discrete accounting information from journals, payment vouchers, bank tellers, payment advice, suppliers/customer invoices, credit/debit notes, etc. to produce major accounting reports including: Transaction Listing, Account Statement, Account Balances, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet. The Project Control being integrated enables the production of project statements, project profit & loss variances (comparing actual against budget), etc.  In fact, the final profit & loss report is a consolidation of all cost centers and general profit & loss.


Supply Chain Management

XIS Supply Chain is a multi-branch Supply Chain inventory management system that maintains items (materials & services) attributes, requisitions, orders, receipts, and consumptions. As a tool for stock inventory and procurement management, it maintains stock records and integrates movement in and out of their locations. Stocks are classified into groups and sub-groups, depending on the intended classification, and specific locations with associated stock #, part #, measurement unit, etc. Features include: Items Records, Requisition (Sales/Purchases), Requisition Approval, Ordering, Good Receipt, Service Entry, Issues, Delivery Ticket, Return Ticket, etc. It’s capable of generating Store Status, Stock Valuation (FIFO/LIFO), Stock Reordering, Stock Movement, Requisition Cycle, Goods Received Report, Issue Ticket, Delivery Report, Way bill, etc.


Human Resources Management, HR

XIS HR maintains personnel personal, family, qualifications, and official information, as well as, manages employee relations in any organization. Features include: salary grade structure, statutory & non-statutory earnings, regular & irregular deductions, loans & advances management, time sheet & overtime management, automatic days % hours absent, automated PAYEE, NSITF, PENSION, automated payroll journal, pay slips, pay/bank advices, Terminal Benefits, Redundancy & Gratuity Monthly Provision, etc.


Assets Management

XIS POS is a point of sales system that is most suitable for manufacturing industries, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. It maintains products details and selling prices with Customer Product pricing option as well as, Productions, Purchases, and Returns to store / Warehouse or Return to Supplier. Sales could be by hand scanner or by selection of product, as price is retrieved, while sales invoice is printed automatically. Delivery is made according to sales invoice with delivery note or waybill also automatically generated. Cash, Transfers, Bank POS, and Credit Sales from Customers are also maintained as well as payments to suppliers, to determine customer/supplier balances. It also features an account booking keeping where daily accounting transactions could be maintained to produce various accounting reports.
